We’re joining forces with North West Ambulance Service again on 14th February at the Trafford Centre, Manchester, outside Vodafone on the ground floor from 10am-10pm. We will be there to help raise awareness and show just how easy it can be to save a life. National Heart Month is observed annually in the UK during the month of February. The aim of this event is to raise awareness about various heart diseases, heart health and to teach as many people as possible the life-saving skill of CPR. Effective CPR and a shock from a [defibrillator](https://www.defibshop.co.uk/defibrillators) is the only definitive treatment for Sudden Cardiac Arrest.   ## Last Year's Success Last year we partnered with North West Ambulance Service and were successfully able to train 815 people in life-saving skills within a single day. Watch the video below to find out more about what to expect.       ## Get Involved Come along and see for yourself how easy it can be to save a life. There will be plenty of training units and manikins for your to practice your newly acquired skills on. You never know when you might need the skills to save a life.
